About this scholarship

Kentucky residents enrolled full-time in initial teacher certification or additional classroom certification programs at participating Kentucky colleges may apply for the KHEAA Teacher Scholarship. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and satisfactory academic progress. Recipients teach one semester in a Kentucky public or certified non-public school for each semester of aid.

The award maximum is $3,000 per fall or spring semester ($2,000 for summer).
