Kevin B. Westell Award in Law for IBPOC Students

For outstanding domestic J.D. students at UBC's Peter A. Allard School of Law who identify as Indigenous, Black, or as a person of colour. Preference goes to students who have excelled in criminal justice.

Awards made available annually through a gift from Kevin B. Westell (B.A., LL.B.). These academic awards are made on the recommendation of the Peter A. Allard School of Law.

Kevin B. Westell was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 2009. He is a criminal lawyer and founding partner at Pender Litigation.
