About this scholarship
Washington residents who are graduating high school seniors or adult learners at least one year out of high school with a minimum 2.7 GPA and plans to pursue a music industry career may apply through the Washington State Fair Foundation. One $4,000 award is offered for study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or trade school.
Eligible career paths include performance, music education, music history, and music therapy. Submit an unofficial transcript and two letters of recommendation, one from a scholastic contact and one from an employer, volunteer contact, or activity advisor.
