About this scholarship

High school seniors from Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, or Tennessee with at least a 2.5 GPA and financial need who plan full-time undergraduate study in a healthcare field at an accredited U.S. institution may apply for the Kendra Smith Scholarship from the First Nation Group Foundation.

The award is $10,000 per year and renewable for up to three years or until a bachelor's degree is earned. Eligible fields include medical, clinical or administrative healthcare, and public health.

Children and grandchildren of First Nation Group and the Foundation are ineligible. Applications for the listed cycle closed January 12, 2026.
