Karen Hawkins Memorial Scholarship in Education

For students in the UBC Faculty of Education on the Vancouver campus.

The award is a $2,200 scholarship endowed by family, friends, and colleagues to honour the memory of Karen Lynn Nimmo Hawkins. It is made on Faculty recommendation.

There is no separate application.

Karen was an outstanding educator and inspirational leader with remarkable abilities to empower her students to discover, develop, and share their unique talents.
