About this scholarship

High school seniors with at least six hours of dual college credit, or undergraduates matriculating at an accredited college or university in Dallas County, with a minimum 2.85 GPA and involvement in community service or campus activities may apply for the Kappa Zeta Chapter Juanita Buchanan Undergraduate Academic Scholarship.

Award amounts vary by year. The winner is selected based on documentation, recommendations, and an interview.

Submit the application, essay, transcript, service documentation, two recommendations, and a headshot via the designated Google folder by January 16.

The scholarship honors devoted Zeta Phi Beta Sorority member Juanita Buchanan.
