University of Waterloo Faculty of Health senior Recreation and Leisure Studies students with superior academic, professional, and personal contributions to the department, faculty, and student body may receive this variable-value award.

Selection uses academic standing, other evidence of scholarship, involvement in student life, professional activity, and other personal factors. The recipient's name is added to a departmental plaque.
