About this scholarship

Northern California residents with a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrated financial need who have advanced Korean American communities through service or leadership may apply for the KACF-SF Karen Ha Scholarship.

Two awards of $2,500 per year are given annually, renewable up to four years for incoming freshmen at four-year public California colleges or up to two years for community college transfers.

Submit the online application, essay, recommendation, transcripts, and financial documents by May 29.

The scholarship honors Karen Ha, a founding member and inaugural board co-chair of KACF-SF.
