Judith McManus Price Scholarship

Women and minority students (African American, Asian American, Hispanic American, or Native American) enrolled in a Planning Accreditation Board (PAB)-approved planning program may apply for this American Planning Association Foundation scholarship.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens, intend to pursue careers as practicing planners in the public sector, and demonstrate financial need. One $5,000 scholarship is awarded for the 2026 cycle.

Established in 2002 by the husband and children of Judith Price, a planner in Texas and New Mexico, to encourage women and minorities to enter planning and to support students with financial need.
