Judge Paul G. Feinman Scholarship

Law students enrolled at an ABA-accredited or equivalent law school who have demonstrated commitment to the LGBTQ+ community and will complete at least 200 hours working with a judge, judicial officer, or court-sponsored program before bar admission may apply. Preference goes to students working with International Association of LGBTQ+ Judges members.

The award is $2,500 and may be used for tuition, housing, books, living expenses, or other law school-related costs. Complete the online application by midnight Eastern Time on April 1.

The scholarship honors Judge Paul G. Feinman, the first openly LGBTQ+ person to sit on New York's Court of Appeals.
