Judge Abdulqawi Ahmed Yusuf Prize

Open to JD students at Osgoode Hall Law School. The prize is given annually to the student who stands first in Public International Law.

The award amount varies.

It honors Abdulqawi Ahmed Yusuf, a Somali lawyer and judge on the International Court of Justice since 2009 and the court's president from 2018 to 2021. He was also formerly General Counsel of UNESCO.
