Joseph H. Weingart Memorial Scholarship

Deaf or hard-of-hearing legal residents of Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, Maine, or New Hampshire who have been accepted at and plan to attend an accredited educational institution may apply for the Joseph H. Weingart Memorial Educational Scholarship from the New England Center for the Deaf.

One award of $1,000 is given annually, paid directly to the recipient's institution for tuition only.

Submit the application form, proof of admission, and two professional letters of recommendation (not from friends or family) by June 1 at noon Eastern Time.
