About this scholarship

Maritime Provinces high school graduates entering the Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Bachelor of Computer Science at UNB Fredericton who need financial assistance to attend may receive this $8,000 scholarship. Selection also considers scholastic attainment and extracurricular involvement.

The award is renewable for the duration of the undergraduate program with Dean's List standing, full-time enrolment, and continuing financial need. One scholarship is awarded every four years. Apply through the UNB entrance scholarship application. Donated in memory of Joseph G. Azar by his family.
