Jonathan Sobol Memorial Award

Students in their fourth semester of the Culinary Arts program at SAIT who are also apprentices in their third period of technical training, exhibit academic achievement, and demonstrate community involvement by mentoring children and youth through culinary education. Applicants must also show industry experience and agricultural commitment with instructor references and a proven farm-to-plate philosophy. Preference goes to students or apprentices with competition experience or who will represent SAIT in a future competition. One award is for a credit student and one is for an apprentice. International students may apply.

Two awards of $4,400 each.
