John P. Evans Travel Scholarship

For McMaster University students enrolled in Level 2 or above of an Honours program with notable academic standing who have demonstrated scholarly interest in Asian languages, history, or cultures. Preference is given to students wishing to study in China. Travel and exchange awards are not available to students in their graduating term.

One travel scholarship of $1,500 is available. Apply through AwardSpring under travel and exchange awards.

Established in 1991 by colleagues, students, and graduates of McMaster University as a tribute to John (Jack) P. Evans upon his retirement.
