About this scholarship
Students who graduated from a high school in Genesee County, Michigan may apply within six years of graduation for awards up to $5,000 per year, renewable for up to four years at the Advisory Board's discretion. GPA is not the primary factor.
The foundation seeks students with character, financial need, and potential who may have faced setbacks, with extracurricular and community service heavily considered. Submit the application PDF, transcripts, and one or more recommendation letters by email.
Unlike typical merit scholarships, the Wilsterman Foundation prioritizes students with great potential who struggled due to work, family issues, or late blooming.
