JMU Second Century STEM Scholarship

Incoming first-year James Madison University students who enroll in a designated STEM major in the College of Science and Mathematics or College of Integrated Science and Engineering may apply for the competitive Second Century Scholarship.

This four-year award covers full in-state tuition and comprehensive fees for up to four consecutive years. Recipients must maintain exemplary academic performance to renew.

Apply through the Madison Scholarships Hub before admission deadlines. The same application also screens for the Jones Scholarship for Virginia resident, first-generation Honors College students.

JMU established the Second Century Scholarship to foster academic excellence in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
