About this scholarship
College students who are at least current freshmen (high school seniors are ineligible) pursuing a degree in architecture, landscape architecture, civil engineering, construction management, interior design, or a program closely related to accessibility and universal design at an accredited U.S. institution may apply. Applicants need a 2.5 GPA, U.S. residency, and a strong interest in accessibility shown in their portfolio and career plans.
Two awards are given annually; amounts vary. Funds are sent through the attended institution's financial aid office.
Applications are accepted through March. The scholarship honors Jim Boyce and APA members who advanced accessibility in the built environment.
