Jessamine S. Henderson Foundation Scholarship

Somerset or Hunterdon County, New Jersey residents age 25 or older who hold a high school diploma or GED, demonstrate financial need, and are serious about a career-related program of study may apply for the Jessamine S. Henderson Memorial Adult Education Scholarship through Raritan Valley Community College.

Award amounts and the number of recipients vary. Funds may cover tuition, fees, materials, and other educational expenses, but not living costs. Preference goes to applicants with little or no education beyond high school, though those with prior college or vocational training who are changing careers are encouraged to apply.

Apply through RVCC's scholarship portal. The board selects recipients based on eligibility and interview results.
