About this scholarship
Newly accepted or currently enrolled students age 18 or older in an accredited U.S. cosmetology, barbering, or hair design program leading to licensure may apply through Beauty Changes Lives.
Two $6,500 scholarships are awarded per spring cycle.
Complete the online application with proof of enrollment and submit a 3-minute public YouTube video addressing obstacles you have faced, your passion for the beauty industry, and how financial constraints affect your path.

- Applicant must be at least 18 and enrolled in or accepted to a program leading to U.S. licensure
- Video addresses obstacles faced, passion for the beauty industry, and how financial constraints affect the applicant's path.
