About this scholarship
Graduating high school seniors of African-American descent who are residents of the Alle-Kiski Valley and have documented financial need may apply if they have been accepted into an accredited BSN or RN nursing program.
This is a one-time award of $2,500, paid by check to the school's financial aid office for tuition, fees, room and board (when provided by the institution), books, and other mandatory educational expenses.
Submit the online application with an acceptance letter, high school or GED diploma, financial aid letter, and a brief essay about yourself.
