About this scholarship
Students enrolled in or accepted to Florida A&M University's School of Journalism and Graphic Communication may apply regardless of age, race, sex, or sexual orientation. One $2,000 scholarship is split ($1,000 fall, $1,000 spring).
Submit an online application, one recommendation letter from a non-family member, official transcript mailed to the fund, and a 500-word essay (750 max) on hard work, service, and determination, including how your attributes reflect Jayda Dionne Parker's character.
The Jayda Dionne Parker Scholarship Fund provides financial assistance to deserving students in FAMU's journalism school.
