James Robert Thompson Fellowship

Open to UBC graduate students planning a career related to preservation of the natural environment.

Fellowships totalling $9,545.39 are available through an endowment by the late James Robert Thompson (B.Comm. 1967).

No separate application is required. The Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies recommends recipients.

The donor wished that recipients demonstrate a desire to use their talents to establish a significant career role in preserving natural and wilderness areas in British Columbia and the Yukon.
