James L. Hall Scholarship in Earth Sciences

Dalhousie University Earth and Environmental Sciences undergraduates who have completed their first year of residence with high academic standing may receive this scholarship. Preference goes to students planning a career in the mining industry.

One award; amount varies. It is awarded on departmental recommendation, with no application required.

The scholarship was created by the widow of James L. Hall, a Dalhousie student from 1919 to 1921, and by his sister Elizabeth L. Hall.
