About this scholarship
Post-secondary students who have completed at least one year of study and Ukrainian 30 (or equivalent) may apply for the Ivan Franko School of Ukrainian Studies (IFSUS) Ukraine Travel Award through the Canadian Institute of Ukrainian Studies at the University of Alberta. Recipients must enroll in a Ukrainian studies course or program in Ukraine. IFSUS graduates and Alberta residents receive preference.
At least two awards of C$2,000 are available. Selection weighs academics, Ukrainian coursework, and a one-page essay on how the program will benefit the student.
