About this scholarship

U.S. high school or community college students interested in transportation engineering, planning, or related fields who will enroll full-time at a university with an ITE student chapter may apply. Preference is given to first-generation and low-income students, with Pell-eligible applicants prioritized.

One scholarship is awarded annually for up to $4,000 per year for up to five years of undergraduate study, plus mentoring, chapter engagement, and internship opportunities.

The ITE University Scholars Program aims to bring new talent into transportation professions.
