About this scholarship

Full-time undergraduate students in the Irving K. Barber Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at UBC Okanagan who will present scholarly work (a presentation, poster, demonstration, visual arts piece, or performance) based on research completed at UBC Okanagan at a conference.

Grants of up to $500 are available, once per student during their undergraduate studies. Support comes from the Irving K. Barber Endowment Fund.

Applications are assessed on an ongoing basis; allow at least 10 working days before travel. Applications need applicant and supervisor signatures plus confirmation of conference participation, and are submitted to the FASS Dean's Office.
