Iranian Student Memorial Scholarship

International graduate students with Iranian citizenship, or domestic or international graduate students pursuing Iranian studies, who are admitted full-time to a master's or doctoral program at the University of Toronto and demonstrate financial need can apply for the Iranian Student Memorial Scholarship.

One needs-based award of up to $10,000 is offered. Priority goes to applicants not receiving other major graduate funding. Catalog amount is listed as varies.

Apply with a one-page statement of intent, CV, financial need assessment (Need Navigator for domestic students; SGS Financial Need Assessment Form for international students), and one reference letter.

The fund was established in honour of those who lost their lives in the crash of Ukrainian International Airlines Flight PS752, including members of the U of T community.
