About this scholarship
Undergraduate students of Iranian descent who are enrolled or accepted at a four-year accredited U.S. university, maintain a 3.5 GPA, demonstrate financial need, participate in community service, and have legal U.S. immigration status may apply to the Iranian Scholarship Foundation.
Scholarships are up to $10,000.
Apply online between May 1 and June 30. Submit transcripts, tax documents, IRS Form 4506, two recommendation letters, an acceptance letter, and two personal essays. Recipients commit to at least 100 hours of community service per year and preserving Iranian culture.
ISF supports academically promising students of Iranian descent who lack financial resources to attend university.

- Two letters of recommendation (e.g., one from a teacher/professor and one from a supervisor or organization where you volunteered/worked)
- Recipients commit to at least 100 hours of community service per year and preserving Iranian culture.
