International Undergraduate Students Long-Term Bursary Fund

For continuing international undergraduate students at UBC Vancouver who face a significant, unanticipated change in financial circumstances that would prevent them from continuing their studies. Students must be in good academic standing. Preference is given to students who demonstrate engagement within the UBC community.

Bursaries may range up to the full cost of the student's academic program and living costs. The bursary may be renewed for up to three additional years of undergraduate study or to degree completion, whichever is less, provided the recipient remains on a valid Canadian study permit, shows academic progress, and continues to demonstrate financial need.

Financial need assessments and eligibility are undertaken by Enrolment Services in consultation with the student's Faculty and the International Student Initiative. Recipients are reviewed annually.
