International Undergraduate Scholars Entrance Scholarship

International high school applicants seeking Fall undergraduate admission to Simon Fraser University who demonstrate excellence in academics and extracurriculars. Applicants need a minimum average of 90% or 31 IB points (excluding bonus points) in courses required for their primary program.

The International Undergraduate Scholars Entrance Scholarship is valued at $140,000, paid as eight installments of $17,500. In limited cases, an additional $8,000 per term living allowance may be offered for demonstrated financial need.

Apply to SFU first, then complete the USES application with your SFU student number. The application asks for up to five activities or achievements, a 500-word essay, and two referees (academic and community). Supporting documents are due after the application deadline.
