About this scholarship

Newly admitted full-time Indigenous undergraduate students at a University of Ottawa direct-entry faculty who have an admission average of 85% or higher and documented Indigenous identity, plus demonstrated leadership and community engagement. Applicants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or protected persons/refugees.

One award of $6,500 per year, renewable for up to four years ($26,000 total) if a CGPA of 8.5 or higher is maintained.

Apply through Online Scholarships and Bursaries in uoZone by April 1 with Indigenous identity documentation, a CV, a 500-word leadership statement, and a questionnaire.
