About this scholarship

Indiana residents entering the fall semester with at least 24 credit hours (one year) in an ABET-EAC accredited engineering program at an Indiana institution or commuting daily to an out-of-state school may apply for ISPE Education Foundation engineering scholarships.

Scholarships are $3,000 per academic year. The number of awards varies.

Obtain NSPE student membership, submit two faculty recommendations, an official transcript, and your application to the chapter scholarship chair by March 31. The Indiana Society of Professional Engineers established this program to support promising engineering students across the state.

  • Indiana residency (applicant and parents/legal guardian) and attend an Indiana institution (or commute daily to a school outside Indiana)
  • Enrolled in an ABET-EAC accredited undergraduate engineering program, entering at least as a sophomore with min. 24 accrued credit hours
  • Submit by March 31 to the State Scholarship Chair
