ILWU Thomas P. Mayes Scholarship

Open to active members of the International Longshore and Warehouse Union in good standing, their dependents, and their sons and daughters pursuing undergraduate studies at a British Columbia university, college, or the B.C. Institute of Technology.

The scholarship is worth $1,500. One award is granted.

Submit a letter from the ILWU confirming good standing with your application. Offered in memory of Thomas P. Mayes, who served as secretary of the Union until his death in 1968.
