Eligibility
About this scholarship
Full-time, part-time, evening, or LL.M. students enrolled in or accepted to an ABA-accredited U.S. law school who are not already receiving full educational funding elsewhere. Applicants must show leadership or commitment to the advancement of the Iranian-American community and have a Northern California connection through employment, law school, or substantial prior residency.
One $5,000 award. Funds may be used for general law school expenses, summer positions, or bar exam study.
Submit one application package with a one-page resume, unofficial undergraduate and law school transcripts, and a written statement of no more than two pages (1.5-spaced, 12-point Times New Roman or larger) on why you want to be an attorney, what influenced you to study law, and how you would use the award.
