Humboldt Public Service Local 1109 Scholarships

SGEU Humboldt Public Service Local 1109 members in good standing, and their spouses or dependants, may apply for these scholarships.

Two awards of $300 support members (in good standing for the prior 12 months), spouses, or dependants enrolling full-time for one year of post-secondary study; the member should have attended at least two local meetings the previous year. One award of $200 supports members or spouses taking night classes or less than full-time study; if unused, it may be reallocated under the full-time criteria. Obtain an application form at any regular local meeting.
