About this scholarship

Traditional U.S.-citizen undergraduate students in good academic standing (2.5 or higher GPA, full-time with 12 or more credits) from designated southside Virginia and north-central North Carolina counties may apply for need-based higher-education or job-training support. Extra consideration goes to linear descendants of Hughes Memorial Home alumnae.
