About this scholarship
First-, second-, or third-year veterinary students (or fourth-year students at five-year programs) at AVMA-accredited schools in the U.S., Canada, UK, or Caribbean may apply for one of five HumaneVMA Compassionate Care Veterinary Student Scholarships.
Each award is $10,000. The program recognizes students committed to animal welfare and equitable access to veterinary care.
Complete the online application with a free student membership, transcript, two recommendations, statement of intent, financial overview, and activities spreadsheet by June 30.
