Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Houston Area Scholarship

U.S. citizen graduating seniors from approved public, private, or charter high schools in Houston-area districts across Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Liberty, Montgomery, and Waller counties may apply for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Houston Area Scholarship. You must rank in the top half of your class, meet minimum ACT or SAT scores, and plan to attend an accredited, not-for-profit Texas college or university for a bachelor's degree.

Three hundred fifty recipients receive $5,000 per year for four years ($20,000 total). All Show scholarship recipients must demonstrate academic potential, citizenship or leadership, and financial need.
