About this scholarship
High school seniors and transfer students planning to enroll at Hope College and major or minor in theatre may apply for the Distinguished Artist Award in Theatre. Design, stage management, and technical theatre students are also encouraged to apply.
The award provides $3,000 per year, renewable for up to four years with a minimum 2.6 GPA.
Submit the DAA application and resume, then audition with two contrasting monologues or present a design or technical portfolio on DAA Day or an approved alternate date. A completed Hope admission application is required.
