About this scholarship
Connecticut or Minnesota residents who are full-time undergraduates or accepted for full-time undergraduate enrollment with a minimum 2.75 GPA, demonstrated financial need, and meaningful community service involvement may apply if they or an immediate family member have been affected by cancer.
Four one-time awards of $5,000 are offered.
Applicants must be referred by an oncology social worker or care manager to obtain the application password. Submit a 600 to 800 word essay on the impact of cancer on your life, a transcript, FAFSA estimated family contribution, and a recommendation letter by May 31.
