Graduating high school seniors from Montgomery County, Maryland who reside in Housing Opportunities Commission assisted housing and demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, and extensive Student Service Learning hours may apply for the Tony S. Davis Memorial Scholarship.
Awards of $5,000 help bridge college costs after other financial aid. The number of recipients varies each year.
