About this scholarship

Hospital Employees' Union (HEU) members, their spouses (including common-law partners), and their children, stepchildren, or children under legal guardianship pursuing post-secondary study at any institution in Canada.

The Vancouver General Local bursary provides two awards of $500 within the HEU bursary program, based on financial need and satisfactory academic standing. Payable to the institution upon enrollment. Apply through the annual HEU bursary application (download from heu.org/bursaries); mark the application for bursaries.
