Scholars who hold a PhD by the application deadline and whose project uses holdings at both the Newberry Library and the Herzog August Bibliothek in Wolfenbüttel, Germany, with sequential visits.
This joint fellowship adds one month at HAB to an awarded Newberry Library long-term fellowship. The HAB portion includes 1,800 EUR per month plus up to 650 EUR for travel, on top of the primary Newberry long-term support.
