Herman M. Holloway, Sr. Memorial Scholarship

Delaware high school seniors who are legal U.S. residents with a minimum 3.0 GPA and an SAT score of 1000 or equivalent ACT score may apply through the Delaware Higher Education Office. Recipients must enroll full time at Delaware State University and complete a FAFSA by the application deadline.

One full-tuition scholarship is offered each year, covering tuition, required fees, room, board, and books. The award is renewable for up to three additional years with a cumulative 3.0 GPA.

The Herman M. Holloway, Sr. Memorial Scholarship is among the state-sponsored financial aid programs administered by the Delaware Department of Education.
