Henry F. Wiebe Undergraduate Award in Rural Community and Economic Development

Full-time undergraduate students at Brandon University taking courses that qualify them as enrolled in the Rural and Community Studies Program are eligible, with preference for recipients who show community involvement and a desire to pursue a career in rural community development. The Dean of the Faculty of Arts recommends recipients, and the Senate Scholarship Committee grants awards only on that recommendation.

The award is worth $1,369. Award number and value may vary at the Dean's discretion, and the award may not be granted every year.

Recipients may participate in rural development initiatives and may receive the award more than once.
