About this scholarship
Students in the UBC Vancouver Bachelor of Kinesiology program who are participating in varsity or club sports may be considered. Preference is given to students who volunteer with children who have special needs.
Awards of varying amounts are offered annually through gifts from friends and family in memory of Henrik Moberg Parker (2001-2020). Selection is made on the recommendation of the School of Kinesiology; there is no separate application.
Henrik was a leader on his hockey and soccer teams, volunteered regularly with children who have special needs, and represented Canada at international sailing competitions.
