Helen Piper Award for Indigenous Learners

Full- or part-time continuing Indigenous undergraduate students at the University of Lethbridge with financial need may apply. Recipients are selected based on participation, contribution, or interest in connecting to their culture and heritage through preservation, interpretation, or celebration. Selection is by a committee that includes an Indigenous Student Advisor (or Iikaisskini representative) and an Elder. Recipients must complete an Indigenous Attestation Form.

The award is $1,000 minimum and is payable upon confirmation of enrolment in the Fall or Fall and Winter semesters after it is granted.
