HBCU Week x Michael S. Purzycki Changemaker Scholarship

Delaware residents who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents entering freshman year at a historically Black college or university with a 3.0 or higher unweighted GPA, demonstrated financial need, and proof of HBCU acceptance may apply for the Michael S. Purzycki Changemaker Scholarship.

One award of $10,000 covers tuition, room, and board.

Submit a completed application and your most recent high school transcript by the posted deadline. The HBCU Week Foundation administers this scholarship.
