Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or others with legal standing to study in Canada who are accepted to or enrolled at a Canadian college or university for the 2026-27 school year may apply.

One $1,000 scholarship is awarded. Email a 500- to 1,000-word essay on five clues for spotting false or misleading information online to scholarship@haywoodhunt.ca in Word format, including name, address, phone number, and school plans in the email body. AI-generated writing is rejected.
